- How long does it take?
- Usually two to five minutes. You can close the page — the report arrives by email, and the link stays available.
- What if my site cannot be audited?
- If we cannot load the pages — a login wall, a firewall, a site that is down — you are refunded automatically and told why. We do not keep money for a report we could not deliver.
- Is this a guarantee of compliance?
- No, and be sceptical of anyone who says otherwise. Automated testing reliably detects roughly 30-40% of WCAG issues. It finds the concrete, machine-checkable failures fast and cheaply. Criteria like whether alt text is meaningful, or whether focus order makes sense, need a person. The report says exactly this, so you can show it honestly.
- What is the difference from the free scan?
- The free scan tests one page and shows you the result on screen. The audit crawls up to 20 pages, deduplicates findings across them, and delivers a PDF you can keep and send to someone.
- Do you offer ongoing monitoring?
- Yes, separately — plans from $49/month re-scan your site on a schedule and alert you when new issues appear. The €19 audit is a one-off with no subscription attached.
