1. Service Description

CompliScan AI provides automated website accessibility scanning and AI-generated fix suggestions. The service is operated by Wasabi OÜ (Estonia).

2. Acceptable Use

• You may only scan websites you own or have authorization to test.
• You may not use the service to perform denial-of-service attacks, exploit vulnerabilities, or scan at excessive rates.
• Free scan usage is rate-limited. Circumventing rate limits is prohibited.

3. Disclaimer — AI Fix Suggestions

AI-generated fix suggestions are provided as-is and do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of compliance. Automated scanning typically identifies 30–40% of accessibility issues. Full WCAG compliance requires additional manual testing and expert review. CompliScan AI is a tool to assist your compliance efforts, not a replacement for professional accessibility auditing.

4. Accounts & Subscriptions

• Free scans do not require an account. Paid features require registration.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All prices are in USD.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.

5. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact support@compliscan.ai within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your website content. Scan results and AI-generated fix suggestions are provided for your use and may be incorporated into your codebase without restriction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompliScan AI and Wasabi OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: legal claims related to website accessibility, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and outages may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.
